Healthy Habits is an 8-week group program that focuses on two main areas: nutrition education & weight loss! Weekly 1hr sessions, focus on providing the information & tools needed to be successful long term–label reading, menu planning, restaurant eating, hydration, fat, fibre & more! In addition to the discussion topics, there are weekly calorie controlled menu plans, weigh ins, full anthropometric assessment in Week 1 & 8 to track progress and each participant receives a program booklet.

The group setting is a great way to participate in a nutrition education package! Not only will there we be great discussions between participants, but the support, encouragement & idea sharing will keep you motivated and on track! Not to mention the accountability of weekly weigh ins!

January Start Dates:

  • Tuesday, January 18th 9:30-10:30am @ Bump, Baby & Beyond (1360 Bedford Hwy)
  • Wednesday, January 19th 5-6pm @ Spring Garden Professional Center
  • Wednesday, January 19th 7-8pm @ Alderney Gate Public Library
