8 Weeks to a New and Improved You!
Healthy Habits is an 8-week group program that focuses on two main areas: nutrition education & weight loss! Weekly 1hr sessions, focus on providing the information and tools needed to be successful long term–label reading, menu planning, restaurant eating, hydration, fat, fibre & more! In addition to the discussion topics, there are weekly calorie controlled menu plans, weigh ins, full anthropometric assessment in Week 1 & 8 to track progress and each participant receives a program booklet.
The group setting is a great way to participate in a nutrition education package! Not only will there we be great discussions between participants, but the support, encouragement & idea sharing will keep you motivated and on track! Not to mention the accountability of weekly weigh ins!
October Start Dates:
- October 17th: 5:30-6:30pm at 6960 Mumford Road (Old West End Mall location)
- October 17th: 7-8pm at 6960 Mumford Road (Old West End Mall location)
